Oriented to results

Books fall in two categories, those who tell us why to do something and those who tell us how to do it. Most books belong to the first group. This book belongs to the second group. Is simple to read, and has an excellent methodology to get results. I strongly recommend it.

Read beginning to end for a Organizational Communication and Training Analysis class

Very informative text with plenty of real life examples. I am working on my first communication audit for an organization and will be referencing this text often in order to ensure analysis and interpretation of audit data as well as formatting tentative recommendations. I truly feel like the only thing I'm missing now is experience, but this text has equipped me to go out and conduct assessments so that experience can be gained.
