Love this cookbook and love Marco Borges and all he has done to help people change the way they eat! This book has incredible pictures and enticing recipes that are sure to please. There are easy to follow plans to help anyone get on track with a plant based diet! Beautifully done! Keep up the great work 22 Days!!! You never disappoint

It looks amazing!!

I just received the book today and I love the way it's set up! It has 4 flexible plans you can choose from and you can pick the one that fits your goal best. But the best part is that, from within the plan you choose, you actually pick which meals you want to make for each day.. sooo cool, can't wait to start!

Only found 2 bad ............

The only thing I found wrong with this book is why they would use canned coconut milk and canned tahini when it is so easy to make from scratch without all the extra added sodium -- tahini is simply white sesame seeds tossed in a frying pan (watch you don't burn), let them cool put them in a miller I use the one that comes with the nutribullet, to mill all my seeds, then just add sesame oil, keep it going and adding oil until it's right texture for you ..... that's it---- why buy canned with all that sodium. That was the only two things I found in this book that didn't pass the common sense test, after all this cookbook should be all pure and natural--that's what people are shooting for. I made the pancakes for my Son and husband and myself and I must say they were delish.......
